D Realty is a real-estate development company based in Amravati, Maharashtra, building mixed-use developments — ground-floor commercial units with homes above — since 2022.
We develop selectively, and take on one site at a time. That is a choice, not a limit: it keeps planning, construction oversight and buyer conversations with the same people from first drawing to handover, and it means nobody has to be told that someone else handled that part.
Booking agreements, milestone-linked payment schedules and MahaRERA filings are prepared in-house, which keeps the paperwork consistent with what is actually being built. A buyer asking a question gets an answer from the person who wrote the document.
Our office is on VMV Road in Vijay Colony. Site visits are by appointment, seven days a week.
